Before you email

• Confirm the ConsentKit banner block is enabled: theme editor → App embeds → ConsentKit banner → toggle on.
• Check the region mode. "Only where required" hides the banner from US visitors — switch to "All visitors" if you want it visible everywhere.
• Uncheck the "Force banner to show" preview toggle before publishing.

Bug reports

Include: what you clicked, what you expected, what happened. If a specific consent event didn't log, the timestamp helps a lot.

Data requests

To request early deletion of your store's data (before Shopify's automatic 48-hour post-uninstall purge), email from an address associated with the Shopify shop and I'll confirm and delete manually.
